Grundfos single-phase constant pressure control boxes can only be used with the Grundfos SQE and EZ-Boost Constant pressure systems. 

These boxes will not make a standard non-SQE or non-EZ boost pump into a constant pressure pump.

SQE SmartFlo Constant Pressure Control Box Model CU301

CU 301 Control PanelThe CU301 controller is a control and communication unit especially developed for the SQE SmartFlo Well pumps in constant pressure applications.

 

The CU301 controller provides:

  • Full control of the SQE pumps

  • Two-way communication with the SQE pumps

  • Possibility of adjusting the pressure

  • Alarm indication (LED) when service is needed

  • The possibility of starting, stopping and resetting the pump simply by means of a push-button

The CU301 controller communicates with the pump via power line communication, meaning that no extra cables are required between the SmartFlo SQE pump and the CU301 controller.

  1. Green arrows indicate when water is flowing.

  2. A run-dry alarm shows when the pump has stopped because of low water conditions.

  3. You can easily boost pressure in the system for special jobs. Easily return the water pressure to normal when finished.

  4. Green and red lights clearly show you whether the system is on or off. 

  5. For daily use, the pressure settings can be locked.

  6. If the system needs repair, a maintenance light provides a clear signal.

EZ-Boost Constant Pressure Control Box

The EZ Boost controller is a control and communication unit especially developed for the BMQE booster pumps in constant pressure applications.

 

The EZ Boost controller provides:

  • Full control of the BMQE pumps

  • Two-way communication with the BMQE pumps

  • Possibility of adjusting the pressure

  • Alarm indication (LED) when service is needed

  • The possibility of starting, stopping and resetting the pump simply by means of a push-button

The EZ Boost controller communicates with the pump via power line communication, meaning that no extra cables are required between the EZ Boost controller and the BMQE pump.

CU321 Constant Pressure Control for 4" SP Series Grundfos Well Pump

The CU 321 control unit is designed for use only with certain Grundfos SP submersible pumps and motors.

Configuration and operation parameters are optimized for the Grundfos pump and motor sets in the table below.
