We take care in shipping our packages. 

Only a very small percentage of our items are damaged in transit. 

All of our shipments are fully insured against damage and loss. 

If your order arrives damaged please do the following:

• Contact us to report the item was damaged in transit.
• You must report the damaged item within 7 days of receipt of the order.  Delivery date confirmed by UPS.
• Please keep all packaging, boxes, and materials
• UPS may want to pick up the shipment to inspect the item.
• A replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible after you report the damaged item to us
  • You will not be charged for the replacement item.
  • The same method of shipping will be used to ship the replacement item as was used to ship the original item.
  • If you want the replacement item shipped via different or expedited method of service you will be charged for the shipping
